Ms. Ozdemir will continue to serve as a director of Exro. Exro's Board of Directors is actively seeking an interim CEO. The Board has appointed Exro's Strategic Advisor, Chris Rankin, as Chief Restructuring Officer reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
