(CSE:FUEL) (OTC:BLLXF) (FSE:BR1B) (CNSX:FUEL.CN) (the “Company”) announces that, further to its news release of July 22, 2020, wherein the Company entered into a binding letter of intent (“LOI”) with Amino Balls Inc. (“Amino Balls”), a plant-based on-the-go snacking company, to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Amino Balls, the Company and Amino Balls have entered into a termination agreement and mutual release as both parties mutually no longer wish to pursue the transaction contemplated in the LOI.
