The projects, jointly owned 50/50, are expected to begin commercial operation in 2028, with an option to transition from the tolling agreement to the merchant market.

Energy Vault (NYSE: NRGV) has partnered with the Victorian government’s State Electricity Commission to deliver a 100 MW/200 MWh battery energy storage system at the SEC Renewable Energy Park. REE Automotive (NASDAQ: REE) and Mission Mobile Medical have partnered to deploy REE’s P7 electric trucks as mobile healthcare units, enhancing access to medical services in underserved rural areas across the U.S. With the first delivery expected in mid-2025, these advanced vehicles will enable Mission Mobile to build fully customized medical facilities, leveraging REE’s software-defined technology for improved efficiency, adaptability, and sustainability.
